FixTossMove is a home services marketplace operating in Dubai, UAE. We connect customers who need home maintenance, clearance, and moving services with vetted, independent contractors.
- Fix It — same-day repairs: plumbing, electrical, AC, general maintenance
- Toss It — furniture and appliance clearance and disposal
- Move It — professional moving and relocation within Dubai
By booking through FixTossMove you agree to these Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time with notice via email or WhatsApp.
A booking becomes binding once you receive a written confirmation from FixTossMove via WhatsApp or email. Until that point, your request is provisional.
- You must provide accurate location, contact, and service details
- FixTossMove may decline any booking at its discretion
- Booking times are estimates — we aim for punctuality but cannot guarantee exact arrival windows
All payments are processed through the FixTossMove platform. We do not accept cash payments for any service.
- Payment is due upon job completion unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Accepted methods: credit/debit card, bank transfer, approved payment gateways
- Estimates provided are binding once approved by the customer
- Additional work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately
Contractors on the FixTossMove platform are independent service providers, not employees of FixTossMove. We vet, onboard, and manage quality standards for all contractors.
- Contractors receive 70% of the customer-paid service fee
- FixTossMove retains a 30% platform and operations fee
- Contractors are responsible for their own tools, transport, and insurance
- FixTossMove is not liable for personal injury or property damage caused by contractor negligence, though we will assist with dispute resolution
You may cancel a booking before a contractor has been assigned at no charge.
- Cancellations must be made via WhatsApp or the platform — phone calls alone are not accepted
- No-shows on the day of service are treated as late cancellations and the fee applies
- FixTossMove reserves the right to cancel bookings due to contractor unavailability with full refund and no penalty to the customer
