- Name — to personalise your experience and identify your booking
- Phone number — for WhatsApp/SMS job updates and contractor coordination
- Email address — for booking confirmations and receipts
- Home/service address — to dispatch contractors to the correct location
We may also collect basic usage data (pages visited, booking history) to improve our platform.

FixTossMove does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties — ever.
- We share your name and address with the assigned contractor only — and only what is necessary to complete the job
- We may share anonymised, aggregate data (e.g. number of bookings by area) for business analysis
- We comply with UAE data protection regulations and applicable privacy laws
Your personal information is never sold to advertisers, data brokers, or any third party.

WhatsApp & SMS Communications
We use WhatsApp and SMS to keep you informed about your jobs. By booking with us, you consent to receive service-related messages on the phone number you provide.
- Job confirmation when your booking is accepted
- Contractor assignment and estimated arrival updates
- Job completion confirmation and payment receipt
- Occasional service updates (e.g. new features, pricing changes)
We do not send spam or unsolicited promotional messages. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time by replying STOP.

Your Right to Delete
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data from our systems at any time.

- Include your registered phone number or email in the request
- We will process your request within 14 business days
- Note: we may retain anonymised transaction records as required by UAE financial regulations
